Project Overview
Regardless if you travel for business or pleasure, United Airlines has always been about improving their quality of service and empowering human connection. On this particular project, I focused on improving the iOS and Android designs for personal accounts and loyalty programs by updating the UI and UX that previously was not being analyzed. The result provided a huge shift leading to clarity and ease-of-use for the consumer.
